Usage Instructions
Mixing Instructions:
Fill a 1 litre container with water. Let water sit for 24 hours, so chlorine can dissipate. Aerating will accelerate the dissipation time. Water that contains chloramines cannot be used to activate the bacteria.
To Activate Bacteria:
- Add required amount of bacteria to 1 litre dechlorinated 20oC (70oF) water.
- Mix and let stand in dark, room temperature area for 18 hours.
- Add to reservoir.
One container (5 grams) of B.C. Crystal is adequate for 400 litres (100 US gall). If using less water, measure accordingly.
Application Rates:
10 Grams per 200 litres (50 US gallons) of solution.
Add once on the first day of the 3rd & 5th week o 12 hour
light cycle.
NOTE:
The use of Hydrogen Peroxide is not recommended during this application. ( It will deplete the bacteria)
CAUTION:
Keep out of light. Store in a cool place.
